Women Cell – Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee is re-constituted for a period of 3 years or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

Committee Members
The committee will act under the provisions made in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Provisions and Redressal) Act, 2013.
Complaint Procedure
Any woman employee, faculty, staff, or female student at IIIT Bhagalpur may file a complaint against an incident of sexual harassment at workplace to any member of ICC :-
- Personally approach, telephone, write, or email against an incident of sexual harassment at workplace to any member of ICC.
- The ICC is required to complete the process of inquiry and submit its report within three months/90 days of the filing of the complaint.
- All information related to a complaint will be kept strictly confidential.
